We have a 7 day return policy only on un-opened items. Please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods Goodlife.com reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.
Hygiene Products that are opened and/or used would not qualify for return or refund.
Cosmetics, Fragrances & deodorants will not be returnable unless containing a manufacturing defect that can be proved.
However, in case of wrong product shipped GoodLife shall resend the order free of cost, once we receive back the wrong product from the customer. In such case GoodLife shall also bear the cost for the customer to return the product.
Return Process
Please send us a mail at
customercare@goodlife.com or call us on 1800 123 4545 to obtain a Return Receipt Number before you ship the item back to us. No goods will be accepted without a Return Receipt Number.
For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through Coupon worth the amount paid for the product.
For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

customercare@goodlife.com or call us on 1800 123 4545 to obtain a Return Receipt Number. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
